Nutino Truffles


REMEMBER KIDS, GET MUM OR DAD TO HELP YOU 
 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 x 500gr jar Nutino
  • 250gr Almonds (Roasted & Grinded)
  • 200gr  Hazelnuts (Roasted)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Fabbri Vanilla Syrup
  • 1 ½ packets of Large Cooking Chocolate
  • 15gr Copha

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place in a bowl, Nutino, almonds, hazelnuts & syrup, and mix together. Place in fridge and leave overnight to set.  
  2. Following day, spoon out mixture, and roll into walnut size pieces. 
  3. Prepare melted cooking chocolate. Place cooking chocolate in it in a pan in pieces, together with copha, and place over a boiling pot of water,  stirring mixture until smooth and runny.  
  4. Once this is done, dip walnut size chocolates into the melted cooking chocolate and then leave in fridge to set for approximately 30 minutes.
